We have five locations in two states serving the Beaumont, Palm Desert, California, Quartzsite and Yuma Arizona. We have been family operated since 1979 and specialize in Residential Homes, Recreational Property, Vacant Land and Investments. John and Sharon Osborne purchased the Blythe office from his parents in 2001. In 2004 the Beaumont office was purchased which also handles Banning, Cherry Valley, Cabazon & the entire Pass Area. Our two newest offices are located in Yuma Arizona handling Yuma, the Foothills, and the surrounding areas on both sides of the Colorado River. We are happy to serve from the Pass Area all the way to the Arizona along the 10 freeway. We now have over 50 agents including Spanish speaking to help with all of your Real Estate needs. Our team of agents, are the most professional and provide outstanding customer service to all of our clients. Our friendly staff is timely and efficient and look forward to being an important part of your Real Estate experience. Currently we have plans approved with the City of Beaumont to expand our office to accommodate 35 agents. John has been in the Real Estate business over 21 years. His Real Estate experience which includes numerous training courses, a BA from the University of Arizona in financing and being a 5 time CENTURION® agent has made him an expert in working with developers and builders to help them grow our communities. John helps facilitate and works with Engineers, Appraisers, The Cities and Counties to help provide much needed housing for our current housing shortage. He also enjoys working with new and experienced agents in our office so we can learn from each other to take our goals and expectations to new levels.

Sharon is a Real Estate Broker with 14 years of Real Estate experience which also includes a background in Mortgage Lending. She currently facilitates all incoming and outgoing referrals for our offices. Sharon enjoys communicating with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our company, staff and agents.
